1. Participation Requirements
Participation in the buggy tour is permitted only to drivers holding a valid driving license, which may be requested for verification before the start of the activity. The driver must confirm that they are physically and mentally fit to operate the vehicle.

2. Vehicles and Capacity
The tour price is intended per buggy. Each vehicle can carry a maximum of two people, including driver and passenger. Overloading or any modification to the seating arrangement is not allowed.

3. Minors
Participation of minors is allowed only if accompanied by a responsible adult who will supervise them for the entire duration of the activity. The adult is fully responsible for the minor’s behavior and safety.

4. Safety Rules and Conduct
During the tour, all participants must strictly follow the instructions provided by the staff and the guide. Safe driving, maintaining proper distance, and behaving appropriately on off-road terrain are mandatory.
The driver is responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle or to third parties resulting from negligence, reckless behavior, or failure to comply with safety instructions.

5. Liability
Participation in the tour takes place under the participants’ own responsibility, who acknowledge the risks associated with driving on natural and uneven terrain. The organization is not liable for injuries or damages resulting from improper conduct or misuse of the vehicle.
By completing the booking, the customer fully accepts these Terms and Conditions.

 Cancellation Policy

1. Free Cancellation
Cancellation is free of charge if requested up to 48 hours before the scheduled tour date. Requests must be submitted through the official contact channels.

2. Late Cancellations or No-Show
Cancellations made after the 48-hour deadline may not be eligible for a refund. Failure to show up on the day of the tour (“no-show”) results in the full forfeiture of the amount paid.

3. Cancellations by the Organization
In case of adverse weather conditions, safety issues, or unforeseen circumstances, the organization reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the activity. In such cases, a full refund or an alternative date will be offered at no additional cost.
